Leverage educational activities and materials to increase the awareness and understanding of migrant workers regarding their rights and responsibilities.
Build welcoming communities and foster the inclusion of migrant workers through social, cultural, and recreational events.
Empower migrant workers to exercise their rights by providing up-to-date information on the services available to them and assisting them to access these services.
TFW Hub is a Prairie-wide collaboration between the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) and 14 leading service providers in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba with a mandate to provide free comprehensive services for temporary foreign workers across the Prairies. This initiative is funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and serves as a hub of information, services and resources that address the diverse needs of temporary foreign workers holding work permits under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program, Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program, International Mobility Program, and Post-Graduate Work Permit Program.
